We currently provide the following delivery options when shopping with us online:

Please note, no orders are processed on weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
UK Standard Delivery
We dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 48 working hours. During sale periods or bank holidays deliveries may take longer. If you've not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our customer service on agon@kacoofashion.co.uk with your name and order number – the team will be happy to help within 3 days. Please note, this service cannot be tracked.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to deliver to any PO Box addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our customer service on agon@kacoofashion.co.uk with your name and order number.
